Not only does Fox News play constantly in the waiting room, I witnessed a man being turned away from an app and not rescheduled bc he couldn't speak English.
I really hate to leave reviews like this, but before scheduling be forewarned: it really is VERY difficult to get a call back. I’ve called several times (at all different times) on different days and have yet to receive a call back. I’ve tried multiple extensions and I have been unsuccessful speaking to someone from the staff to schedule an appt or discuss billing information.
Do not waste your time! Impossible to get ahold of and miscommunication on a level I’ve never seen before. Somehow worse than clinics in WV which seemed impossible, would be impressive if it wasn’t so tragic.
Absolutely do not visit this office. At my first appointment, I was told to remove all my clothing. No explanation prior during the many phones calls I made with this office (I would NOT have made any appointments if I knew prior which Im sure is how they get you), no explanation from the staff and when I confronted the front desk lady about how it made me uncomfortable her replay was "...okay?"
