Dr. Landrio is the best Neurologist I have ever been to. He is actually concerned when he listens when you explain how are feeling. His Nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and understanding. The entire staff treats the patients with help with your paperwork and takes the time to listen to you. The lady that checks you out when you leave has been very friendly and gets us feeling happy like a true friend.
My husband went for his follow up appointment for sleep apnea. The entire staff from the front desk person, doctor and the person checking us out were friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service.
We have been going to Dr. Landrio’s office for approximately 2 years. We are very pleased with the care we receive from Dr. Landrio, his nurse practitioner and the nurses. We are always treated with respect and able to ask any questions without being rushed. The front office staff is very friendly and even though they are extremely busy, they always great us with a smile and are very willing to assist.
Every visit has been great. From the front desk to check out and all in between. Everyone is pleasant, the doctors are pleasant.
I could not have been more pleased with scheduling, return calls, return emails and efficiency of this office. Received email reminder day before and a call that morning as well. Check in easy and very pleasant atmosphere. To me a busy office means great staff and great doctors.
