Dr. Wendling's no nonsense approach is refreshing. She's a great listener and translates what you are telling her into the right plan for the current session and beyond. Neurofeedback is an effective, efficient and satisfying way to take control. I'm happy to have this in my tool box.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Jessica for several months now and I cannot be more grateful for her!! I came to her with a severe concussion, post double jaw surgery, and severe anxiety/depression with sleep issues- to say this treatment and her guidance has changed my life would be an understatement. My quality of life has improved significantly, my sleep issues have decreased dramatically, and my mental clarity has reached peak levels. Could not recommend this treatment and the investment more!
I went in for a consultation on using neurofeedback. It wasn't exactly what I was personally looking for but I'm thankful to the doctor's professionalism.
Dr.Jessica is amazing! Neurofeedback is the best thing that ever happened to me! I used to rely only in medication and therapy but this really made the difference. It helped me to understand myself better and to work on breaking old patterns. I absolutely recommend this treatment , it works!
