I hired the Neuro feedback brain training equipment recently. I hired the equipment to use at home and I completed a self assessment each week to monitor my progress. I believe the Neuro feedback had a positive impact on the way I process my emotions. It is expensive but I recommend that people consider giving it a try if they think it could help them. I found Vania to be very skilled, she is very kind and has great insight into trauma
