I too paid for a report and testing for my child and have not received it from April 2025; I have sent numerous emails and have not had a response. I too will be reporting this practitioner to the health ombudsmen and ndis.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I paid for an assessment back in April 2025, and was advised in May 2025 (18 weeks ago now) that it was done. Yet I haven’t been given the report, my attempts at communication have gone ignored. My concerns and issues were not addressed. I have reported this practitioner at the Health Ombudsman, as well as the ARAPH. Don’t bother trying to get help from this person, it’s no help at all.
