WONDERFUL! From the moment we entered the clean office we were met by staff that was happy, helpful and clearly enjoyed working there! We were seen early. Annie (?) was such a kindhearted individual who really showed empathy towards me as a patient. She took what I had to say word for word without rushing or downgrading me.
