The staff were very polite and friendly. Dr. Aurélio is extremely kind, careful, and attentive. The waiting time was reasonable.
I was not as adequately prepared as I had anticipated, despite conducting a Google search on NCS/EMG and having undergone a similar procedure the previous year with a different provider. There was no prior communication from NeuroDx, Hendricks Ave, before the test, aside from a phone call that merely inquired about what to wear, reminded me to bring identification, and mentioned the co-pay. I was very pleased with the care I received at NeuroDx in San Marco. The doctors were great, answering all my questions & explaining the tests. I was impressed with their knowledge & experience; & I could tell they placed a high priority on doing a thorough study & putting patients at ease. I would highly recommend them! Also, this wasn’t painful, so no need to be apprehensive!
had a nerve conduction test done , Dr Muzaruieta, is a top rate Doctor, we highly respect him and his staff , he explained things to us like we have not experience in a long time. So a wise carring doctor. It might take a while to get into see him but once you do it’s worth the wait you have his full attention . EJ Shrouder……
