Horrible Horrible Horrible business and customer service. This place is severely unorganized and have a hand full of nit wits working there. Not only was my first impression of them not exactly professional and knowledgeable when I went in for my first appointment, they don't check their voice mail. So when I had to call to cancel and reschedule appointments, they marked me down as a no call no show, and used my deductible that I put down of $250, to this "NO CALL NO SHOW"....which did not occur. Went there a few years ago for a consultation regarding possible sleep apnea. The doctor was nice enough, but when I went for a copy of the records for 1 visit to submit to the VA for disability, they refused. I was told I would have to schedule a visit to see the doctor regarding that request. A visit, likely to be out of pocket, with a specialist no less, would be too expensive.
