I would give them -5 if i could. Dont believe them when they say they accept your insurance. I called my insurance and was given their name that they were in network. I called and they said my insurance was on their list. Made an appointment for 3 months out since all the places are 3 months out. Then 6 days before my appointment they called and said my insurance was out of network and I would have to pay cash. I said why did you wait 3 months to verify my insurance? Great customer service. Nice staff, and very good physician.
It was difficult to reach the office & set an appointment. After a bit of phone tag it was finally set. A few weeks later I was notified that my appointment was cancelled & had to be rescheduled a month later. The reason, paperwork. The request from my primary care physician & my insurance approval had not arrived. I called them both. They assured me that they would resend the documents.
