I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through from this facility. I had my telehealth consultation on June 23rd. During the appointment, the doctor recommended an at-home sleep study and told me that someone would contact me within 1–2 weeks to schedule it. Awful! The front desk ladies were in such a rush they made me wait outside in the heat for my ride. Also the test results are taking two weeks to come in! Not a great turn around time for people suffering with sicknesses and need to know what’s going on with them

I had a very disappointing experience at this office. Before my appointment, I called to ask if I could be billed later for the visit, and I was told that it would be fine. Based on that information, I took time off work and kept my appointment. When I arrived, I was told that I could not be billed later and that the information I had been given over the phone was incorrect. I've had several sleep studies but this was one of the most convenient ones I've ever been to. The staff was ready and waiting for me I got in got hooked up and was asleep within 45 minutes of being there. I've got to say it was the best night's rest I've had in the last 8 years so if you have sleep apnea or you have a reason to be tested for sleep stuff like jerking leg syndrome or whatever they call that this is a great place to go.
