It was a great experience. No wait and I learned a lot.
Great customer service. Nice staff, and very good physician.
It was difficult to reach the office & set an appointment. After a bit of phone tag it was finally set. A few weeks later I was notified that my appointment was cancelled & had to be rescheduled a month later. The reason, paperwork. The request from my primary care physician & my insurance approval had not arrived. I called them both. They assured me that they would resend the documents.
