After I received my initial consult, they scheduled my sleep study. Then the emails and texts came. Over and over asking for payment prior to the appointment. Then the phone calls started. Total overkill. Something is wrong if they are that desperate for my money even before services are rendered. So, I call to cancel the appointment, and am placed on hold for 15 minutes. The girl finally gets on, asks me for name and DOB. I give it to her....AND SHE HANGS UP ON ME! . no return call. Nothing.
The staff is kind and professional. Dr. Baldridge was very thorough, funny, and easy to talk to. You can tell he really cares about his patients.
Great people from scheduling through the sleep study with Emily and follow up appo with Dr Balbridge. I really had a great experience.
I was called back at my scheduled time. The technician was friendly & walked me through my procedure.
