I waited over a month to get my appointment just to get there and find out they wanted to charge me $150 up front before I could be seen. If that was the case there should have made that clear long before my appointment so I could have planned for it. I took time off work and had to get someone to watch my kids all for nothing. Huge waste of my time!

I had to wait a month to schedule my procedure, then got a call the morning of that the tech was unavailable. We rescheduled for 2 days later, and again I got a call to morning of, saying the tech was unavailable. I spent 40 minutes on hold just to talk to someone, and there is no way to cancel online.

Incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my experience here. I was referred here to do a sleep deprived EEG on a Tuesday afternoon. I didn’t sleep most of the night to prepare for this appointment, only to be called at 8am that day that they had no technician scheduled, and that it would need to be rescheduled to later in the week. This rescheduled appointment was cancelled for me last minute as well, so I sleep deprived myself twice for no reason. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through from this facility. I had my telehealth consultation on June 23rd. During the appointment, the doctor recommended an at-home sleep study and told me that someone would contact me within 1–2 weeks to schedule it.
