The office is identified by an sheet of copy paper taped to the wall outside of waiting room door. That should have been my first red flag. After waiting 30 minutes. I noticed all the people who were still waiting and had been there ahead of me. My first appointment took over an hour and a half before I was called back for a 15 minute interview. This place is horrible! Very unprofessional! The place doesn't look like a medical office, but I suppose that's the least of my concerns. I had a home sleep test done, but the device didn't show a completed test light, so I called the office asking if I needed to keep it another night. They said no, it probably got enough data so bring it in anyways, so I did. Sure enough they called me saying my test was incomplete and I need to pick up another device. The Dr. and staff that I saw treated me very well, no complaints. What I do have a complaint about is billing. I received my bill and paid it on time. Then I received another bill. Then another and another. I called their billing department, gave them the number and the date of the check and told them that online the check had cleared. I person I talked said they would take care of it. No more bills arrived all's fine right? Nope. This morning I received a call from a collection agency. Original bill plus 25%. I was livid.
