Visited for a VNG test April 1st. Still have not gotten my results. The person who provided the test was great. Frustrated i can not get any follow up information. Also when i originally booked my appointment it was for the mesa location. I was left a message that my insurance was accepted and that i could cancel or pay out of pocket. I called back all day and no one answered nor returned my messages. Right before close someone answered the phone. They got me in super quick and I didn't have to wait when I showed up for my appointment! The staff was helpful and patient and answered all my questions. The nerve test was intense but they did everything they could to make me comfortable.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Dr Christianson answered all my questions. Thank you!
