This place was awesome! The tech explained everything in detail, it was clean quick and efficient! I would strongly recommend this Diagnostic lab
Office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful regarding covered insurance providers. Would not refer anyone to this facility, no one deserves to be greeted with an attitude like that.
Small office, but very efficient and clean. Waiting area only has 4 chairs, but they do ask that you come alone for your appointment. Sean was fantastic. He was very patient and friendly, explained how the test would work, and immediately made me feel at ease. I do recommend setting up a patient account online. I was able to complete all the new patient forms before going in, and your results get uploaded the next day. Been 2 weeks and no call back? No messages returned. Good thing VieMed does there job at least and my machine will be here tomorrow no thanks to this place, delaying me, error with prescription, and no call back. No care is better than this place.
