THE STAFF AT RECEPTION IS THE WORST. THEY DO NOT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH, KEPT ASKING ME IF IN HERE FOR A NECK PROBLEM AND COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS TELLING THEM I WAS THERE FOR. SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AS A NEW PATIENT AND THEY SET ME UP FOR TEST. THE 1st TIME I WENT FOR MY APPOINTMENT THEY SAID THEY CALLED TO CHANGE THE DATE. NEVER GOT A CALL FOR MY SECOND TIME THEY SAID THEY ARE NACKED UP AND IT WOULD BE AT LEAST 1.5 HOURS PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS AND GO ELSEWHERE

He is a good doc but be prepared to wait in the waiting room for atleast 2 hours past your appointment time.
Hours long waits. Small, crowded waiting room. I was 1 of several to walk out after waiting 2+ hours. 1 patient was seen. I thought maybe it was just a one off, but waiting is a regular occurrence.
New patient appt was set for 12:30 didn’t get seen until 3:30!! visit was the worst experience at this practice. Patiently waited 3 hours to see this Dr. when i was placed in a room waited an additional 10mins total 3 hrs 10 mins to be seen for 20 mins tops. They are triple booking patients. I asked the front desk why isn’t it mentioned about the wait upon arrival so we know what to expect she said in such a tone of not caring “she doesn’t know”.
