Really hard to get hold of a caregiver. Takes weeks even a month to have a question answered. I have to send multiple emails, multiple phone calls to have someone get back to me. I just decided to move my child’s chart move to a different hospital. God knows how long it is going to take. I am deeply disappointed. I am a health care worker myself and worked at another children’s hospital in different state. I can truly say That, Seattle Children’s Hospital is just overrated.
