For several years I had an issue with left hip, knee and ankle. At times I had to give up walking or stop every 15 minutes and let the pain subside. Kate was recommended to me after regular physio methods did not work for a shoulder injury. Kate Tweedie is my physiotherapist I dislocated my shoulder in mid September. I started to go to her early October. Kate stays with you for the entire session and makes sure the excersice I have to do is being done properly. She doesn't leave half way to take care of someone else and come back to you. She's a one on one person! She has a positive attitude. Always has a smile on her face. She knows her stuff! The progresse I've made since I started with her is crazy. I strongly recommend her.

Im not really sure what was wrong with my neck muscles, but Kate did. After a day or two I could actually move again - Thanks Kate! :D
