This was the BEST experience with a doctor and staff I’ve ever had. Crystal called as soon as they received my referral to set up my appointment. She was funny, friendly, and answered all of my questions - I had many. 1000/10 experience just with the office right off the bat, which is a rarity for doctors offices. We recently had an appointment with Aleksandrya De La Cruz at the Neuron Clinic. She was professional, calm and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered all of our questions clearly and did not rush. She had some new ideas which was so encouraging. Overall, it was a good experience and we appreciate her thoughtful care.
Wonderful clinic! Clean and professional. Doctor and assistants helped my Mom a lot. They were patience too. We appreciate very much indeed!!!
The office environment is completely changed now, the ladies in the office are so knowledgeable and their helpfulness and friendliness is always beyond my expectations! Crystal and Lori are probably the most sweetest ladies I’ve ever met in the healthcare field, they work super hard all the time and go above and beyond to find answers everytime I’m in need!
