I missed two appointments due to other health issues and called in but did not make any future appointments because of personal reasons. And I was flagged for receiving clinical services. Not a good response for a business that deals with Care? I would not recommend if you have a busy schedule that fluctuates, due to other illnesses you may have.
Horrible experience. Dr. Boutros walked in and sighed and said what are you here for, umm it’s a referral so you should know. Then he said why didn’t I bring in results and info from all my specialists and I said no one asked me too he said well I’m not staffed enough for them to ask. Then he had the nerve to tell me my Dr is not a doctor. We went back and forth and finally I had enough and left. This Dr was so mean as soon as he walked in my room. HE NEEDS TO RETIRE!!!! This was the BEST experience with a doctor and staff I’ve ever had. Crystal called as soon as they received my referral to set up my appointment. She was funny, friendly, and answered all of my questions - I had many. 1000/10 experience just with the office right off the bat, which is a rarity for doctors offices. We recently had an appointment with Aleksandrya De La Cruz at the Neuron Clinic. She was professional, calm and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to listen to our concerns, answered all of our questions clearly and did not rush. She had some new ideas which was so encouraging. Overall, it was a good experience and we appreciate her thoughtful care.
Wonderful clinic! Clean and professional. Doctor and assistants helped my Mom a lot. They were patience too. We appreciate very much indeed!!!
