I’ve owned and used a NeuroCare Pro Brain-Gut Care System for almost 2 years. I use it regularly and I depend on it. It has helped me with my mild cognitive impairment and other issues. Yesterday it stopped working, probably because I dropped the controller more than once! So I called customer support. David called me back this morning. As a person that has a visible TBI, I counted on this company to have an actual 'medical device' that had what they advertised. I looked up every social media ad, looked at the claims on the website and reviewed everything the owners and testimonials stated. Advanced Technology, dual, triple, quadruple diodes, variance in frequency that can pulse. Non-thermal, and above all they call it 'treatment'.
