Scheduling: Jackie made it a breeze. She managed conflicts with our insurance, called my son’s pediatrician personally to acquire referral info, and explained the testing plan in detail. She was highly knowledgeable about assessment protocols, too. Initial interview w/ Dr: I felt heard, validated, and educated by Dr. Ida without judgment.
