Unprofessional clinic I went to a consultation today and because I had missed another consultation they told me that I could no longer make more appointments in that place very bad attention they seem racist because I don't speak English

On 6/7 I had a stroke while recovering from a TURBT procedure. I was instructed to call this place for a follow-up appointment and get a CT scan. They offered me a appointment on the exact same day/time that I was scheduled to see a general surgeon. I politely declined so they scheduled me for 7/14. In the meantime my PCP sent a referral and the results of the CT scan. The scan needed reviewed STAT because my Xalerto medication was being withheld. Great staff,never waiting forever to see the doctors
Absolutely terrible front office staff. The forms on the website are wrong, they are snippy and rude when you check in, and try to blame patients for their errors. I let them know the forms I printed off were from their website and she was seemingly mad at me for their error. Avoid them if at all are possible.
