I had been with them for years. Mostly telehealth. I had made an appointment recently on their patient portal. It was for telehealth and they never called. So I made another appointment and I didn’t hear my phone when they called. So when I scheduled again I was going to set an alarm on my phone so I wouldn’t miss it. But guess what? Dont sign up for infusions. It's just a carrot on a stick tactic. You'll never actually get your infusion because they won't hire enough nurses to run the infusions. No wonder this place gets horrible reviews.
I see Dr. Stalker and Molly Macelroy regularly. I am always treated with compassion and respect of every employee. I never have to wait. The lady in the lab also treats me with kindness and is skilled at collecting blood without causing pain.
I had good experiences with Dr. Ryan Drake each time I have seen him. He has been so kind and answered all my questions thoroughly and never made me feel like he was in a rush. He has helped me understand Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia a little more since it is such a rare disease. I really appreciate his insight. Also the checkout lady, I believe her name is Cathy is the sweetest. Always chipper and in a good mood each time I have been there. Just a bright light with a smiling face.
I have been a patient of DR. STALKER for 9+ years. It is an understatement to say how caring, kind, and helpful every member of the staff is , we are so grateful. But DR. STALKER is a whole different kind of exceptional. He is so understanding and sharp and truly wants his patience to get the best care and help them the best he can.
