As usual, I was treated with courtesy. I waited in an empty waiting room, and was taken in promptly. This is an office in which I've never been kept waiting. They run on time. I came for a routine teeth cleaning with my usual hygienist, Karen, who is excellent and teaches others professionally at a local university. The room was immaculately clean, with all precautions for COVID. Karen took extra time to educate me about using a Water Pik, which I'm thinking of getting. You can have confidence coming here. I called on Thursday to ask for an emergency appointment and I was immediately given an appointment the next morning. Friday when I arrived I was welcomed and taken to a room where I met a lovely young woman by the name of (?). She prepared me for the visit with Dr. Ford whom I spoke to when I made my first call for help. Dr. Ford attended me and took care of the problems I had. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Ford is very competent and I appreciate her understanding and good care.
