Great experience with this neurology office. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the neurologist was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent neurological care.
The doctor seems very caring but her office staff lacks experience in handling insurance company’s and in turn I am put off my treatments and made to wait with no updates ..it is sad but this is CS now days
Never answer the phone, not sure how much care can be done if you they can’t even pick up the phone to book.
Thank you to Dr. Lugo and the amazing staff for getting my family member in right away. Dr. Lugo went above and beyond during the visit and was incredibly thorough, patient, and understanding. We felt heard, supported, and truly cared for.
Nothing against the doctor but the billing office and staff needs to be better trained. I have been waiting for more that 6 months to receive a refund for over payment while they made up one excuse after another. Law states that refunds for over payment while must occur with 30 days. I will be filling a complaint with the insurance commission and notifying the state medical board of this practice.
