My sessions with Joanna were really transformative. Have struggled with back pain for years, and found these sessions more helpful than anything I've tried before, include physical therapy, massage, acupuncture, and chiropractic visits. Warmly recommend for anyone suffering with chronic muscle tension.

Working with Joanna has been a wonderful learning experience for me. In our last session I was able to relate the pain in my left foot with how I was holding my sternum. This neurobody education has been extremely helpful as I gain more insight into how previously held patterns can be recognized and transformed into easier modes of being.

Nothing has had as long lasting an effect as my sessions here. It wasn't immediate relief, in fact after ... read more

My sessions with Joanna at NeuroBodyWorks have been life-changing! I have never experienced such an effective body treatment. I'd been suffering from muscle pain and tension for months to the point of being sidelined from the physical activities I enjoy the most. Massage, acupuncture, rest, and yoga were not changing my situation. I could feel positive results after our first session and after a couple months of working together, my body is feeling and moving the best that it has in years. I only wish that I had found her so... read more
