Mitchnida Clervil was very respectful and kind. She is a great therapist and very nice person. Felt very comfortable speaking my life experience. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a professional and respectable therapist.
I satisfied with my experience with Neuro Wellness. I would give it five stars except that they could improve their process in assigning your therapist. Your connection with your therapist and their background is critical to your success. They did require a significant amount of information prior to assigning me a therapist. They have some process but it invisible to me. They were willing to let try another therapist if the one I was assigned was not a good fit. ‼️PLEASE READ‼️ If you’re considering visiting this place, I strongly advise you to reconsider. Save yourself or a loved one from this abysmal, God-forsaken facility. From the very beginning, the owner and nurse practitioner seemed reasonable, but the lies started right away. I was informed that as a Veteran, I would receive a 50% discount on the ketamine infusion. However, this was not the case, and they ended up charging me more than what was promised.
