Terrible experience from start to finish. I was referred here specifically for a nerve test and made that clear multiple times when scheduling. On the day of my appointment, I was told they don’t even perform nerve tests on Wednesdays. Instead, I was pushed into a consultation Dr. Borra insisted on, only to then say the test wouldn’t be helpful, even though my primary doctor recommended it to assist my orthopedic evaluation. Dr Borra is great. She listens and really cares. Her staff on the other hand is not great. Last time I was there the waiting room was full with people standing. When we all started talking we realized that there were 3 people booked for the same time and the next time slot also had 3 people booked, then an hour past my appointment I asked the receptionist why she had taken three people before me that appointments were after mine.
