Dr. Dover is great. She takes the time to really listen to her patients. She has great communication skills. She is compassionate and very direct with you. No song and dance act. We truly appreciate that. Would recommend her without hesitation. Also, her staff is wonderful. Always professional and kind.
I experienced (over time) a squeezing in my skull (best description I can make) Went to my primary who order an MRI and when the report came in, he felt it better to go to a neurologist and gave me a list. I selected Dr. Dover and called her office to set up an appointment. The person who answered the phone asked me for the "reason" I was setting an appointment. Just left Dr. Marsha Dover’s office in Dover New Jersey without being seen. We chose to leave. Front desk, staff, rude, unorganized, unprofessional. Was brought into an exam room that was filthy that had bugs flying around an exam table that hadn’t had the paper change from the previous patient. Dirty instruments left all over exam table, which I was supposed to sit on. A nurse walked by and asked the woman that brought us into the exam room. Dr. Dover was polite and patient. She listened to my issues. She gave me an exam and an order for the test I required. The front desk lady was nice as well. There wasn't a long wait time. The office was clean. Just make sure you go to 245A not 24B. I'd recommend this office.
I have been a patient of Dr. Dover’s for about 7 years now. I have always had positive experience with her and her office staff. They are very accommodating in getting me in for my appointments in both her Hackettstown or Dover offices. I have had multiple experiences where my insurance would deny my medications and when I call the office, they will say they are already on it.
