NSI NeuroSkeletal Imaging, Orlando, FL Arrived on time for my 8:30 AM appointment, paid my co-pay, sat down. I was called to the desk and told the MRI was broken and I needed to reschedule. The receptionist told me a story about the MRI machine. I asked for a refund, and said I didn't want to reschedule. Asked to speak to the Office Manager. I was told she wasn't in yet.
