Staff is terrible. They never answer the phone, never take care of the patient, never call back. Very bad attitude. Until now the patient can't get her medicine prescribed by Dr. Monis. The doctor is great. I understand, he's very busy. The appointment was canceled 4 times. Maybe he doesn't even know about his staff. Could you please improve your staff? I have never ever had such a bad experience with the staff. Thank you very much.
