If I could give it no star I would. I’ve been waiting for results for 1 month and 3 days now. I show up to my appointments and get rescheduled or simply not seen. When I call the office to get my medical records because I’m concerned with the amount of time it’s taking to get seen and I think I’m contributing to the problem this center is simply overbooked. they say they cannot give them to me until the neurologist goes over them with me. DO NOT GO HERE!!! MEDI-CAL PATIENTS BEWARE!!! They bully patients into late fees, penalized fees that we can NOT afford and are protected from. Do not go here. If you already have been bullied, I am so sorry. I have been too. They tried to penalize me a $250 late fee, despite knowing I am a Medi-Cal patient.

Dr accused me of getting my medication from another office because “he doesn’t prescribe that medication “ when in fact he does and has been prescribing it to me for almost 2 years. His authorization dept refused to call and check eligibility verbally and will not even submit an authorization for the mri THE DR wanted NOT ME, it’s lazy work ethic and bad customer service. Don’t go here you will regret it. If I could give zero stars I would.
Took my mother to get a surgery but its postponed because the staff failed to record her medicines properly and failed to tell her which medicines she could and could not take. now, after 2 weeks of taking no pain meds for a surgery specifically for her pain, she'll have to wait at least another week with no meds because of their incompetence, as well as deal with moving everything around to make it to the surgery. do better.
