Show up to my appointment this morning to find out it’s been canceled, and that the provider had already seen her last patient. They claimed to have called me the day prior which would be Tuesday 26th to let me know about the cancelation. Which is not true. I have voicemail appointment reminder from the 20th of August. I have been going to Dr. Monis for a year, how many times have I seen him? None. I have only seen his PA's and they try but they're not doctors. Try to go elsewhere, if referred to him. I am trying to change doctors. I have added two stars, I couldn't change doctors due to insurance and medical group so I stayed with Dr. Monis' office but like I said, I have never seen him. One month plus after seen NP and no PA has been completed for my medication. Despite calling daily asking for answers, the response is always we will send message. Unacceptable to treat patients this way. Poor continuity of care.
First and foremost I would like to address that this rating is not with the drs but with the staff specifically with “Angie” in the imperial office. We can all agree that the frontline is the face of the company and who are suppose to be polite, be there assisting to make things easier for patients not make it a hassle or to deter from calling. Angie is rude, ruthless, and unprofessional to say the least. I heard how she spoke to my mother over the phone. I just hope that by her actions the drs aren’t loosing patients.
