This guy is soooo rude! He answers the phone string his name, when I ask “how are my name is _____ , is this a pain management office”(since he just states his name instead of saying the business name when he answers). He made me ask about three times and he said “for the third time this is doctor kroneckbird” (however this rude losers name is spelled). Doctor is rude and a jerk! Seems to be mad at the world, prob is.
