Terrible services. Unprofessional with big lack of duty of care.
I am acutely aware that as a patient with refractory epilepsy, Dr Baumann takes the time to make appointments with me more than most patients. She clearly explains the reasons behind her mode of treatment, either adjusting medication or conducting EEG's, the latter of which are reviewed in a collaborative manner.
Dr Sue Baumann has treated Colin McPhee for 16 months and has been a wonderful help in treating his Epilepsy with no seizures for14 months. He leads a new life now.
I have been seeing Dr Baumann for approximately three years. In that time, I have found her and the staff to be very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend NEURO NSW to anyone.
