Poor service over all!
Spoke with a phone rep Isabella that told me there were no appt before looking up my sons info. Then proceeded to transfer me back to the main menu when I asked for a supervisor. Unfortunately she kept picking up my call and instead of getting an appt for my son that has severe epilepsy I was hung up on. Horrible customer service. They sound like they work from home and don't really understand the appointments or the importance of their jobs.
Have been calling and living messages for over a week, and noone answers the phone. My son is out of medication for 5 days already and they don't care about the withthrough symptons that my son could have. Irresponsibles !!!!!
The worst Neuro office so I went there back in May 3rd the doctor (Opal Hamilton) was very nice and my son was diagnose Autism so the doctor prescribed my brain MRI well I went to my appointment for MRI I had appointment at 11am coral springs I had to reach at 9am. This neuro never had called Authorize my papers well I went to MRI for no reason that day and they never call the company to approve it. Please do not waste your time with them
