I've been seeing Dr. Bomhoff for more than three years, and she's always been attentive, compassionate, and a wonderful physi ian. I truly appreciate the care she provides. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience today. My son had a 3:00 p.m. appointment, and while we were about 15 minutes late, I felt the front desk staff could have shown a little more understanding. The service improved so much, Im super happy to have my son with Dr. Bomhoff, she is a very sweet and caring person. The ladies at the front desk are so helpful all the time, nurses too. Thank you for all the effort you put to assist all patients.
Do not bring your children here. It's a total waste of time. My child had only been seen here twice since she was a little girl. She is now 15. She needed to be seen every year or twice a year. It's that hard to get an appointment and it shouldn't be. They don't do anything to fix this. It's just pure laziness and a bad system for everyone. Inexcusable. Live in Homestead had appointment at 8:30am made it there 8:36 was told I have to reschedule bad customer service if something happens to my child I'm sueing office 2nd time I had to reschedule
9 years i have been taking my son, not once a no show. I moved far from office but still agreed to see doctor once a year and rest telehealth. I was never , never, NEVER, told one of his appointments was in person and he missed it in a moment when he needed the most. Nobody wanted to be accountable for their mistakes.
