Live in Homestead had appointment at 8:30am made it there 8:36 was told I have to reschedule bad customer service if something happens to my child I'm sueing office 2nd time I had to reschedule
9 years i have been taking my son, not once a no show. I moved far from office but still agreed to see doctor once a year and rest telehealth. I was never , never, NEVER, told one of his appointments was in person and he missed it in a moment when he needed the most. Nobody wanted to be accountable for their mistakes. Staff is ridiculously incompetent and the doctor's assistant Stephanie should be fired. If it wasn't because of the doctor who's been the best this office would have no value to me.
