No one answers. No one returns phone calls. I've left numerous voicemail messages on both the scheduling and referrals coordinator voicemail AND sent messages on the portal and no one responds. If you choose option 2 to talk to a scheduler and then press 1 to get a call back, the line will go silent and you won't be able to enter your number, or if you do, the system will hang up on you. Absolutely Horrible Patient service!! They are all about your money but terrible on patient care. Dr. Vassef makes you wait at least one hour+ to be seen even though you are her first patient after lunch and not the first time this has happen. I got tired of waiting for my test results for my lunch is only so long and I need my job. I set up a telephone appointment to get my results two weeks ago at the suggestion of the receptionists.
