The performance of the receptionist in this clinic is really disappointing ! My daughter had an EEG prescription from one the nuerologist of this clinic. We were told to wait for their call to schedule the EEG appointement which would be on weekends! Since they didn't call us back , on July 30th, I called them ( 20 days after doctor's visit!) . Dr. Safinia has zero bedside manner and was quite rude. I accompanied my mom for her neurologist appointment and Dr Safinia was deciding on if to speak English or Farsi - English is easier for me, Farsi is easier for my mom. She rudely said well “she’s more important I’ll speak Persian” which is right but the way she said it was unprofessional.
