Wonderful staff. Working with the front office and Dr. LaVigne. I was able to get answers I have been looking for and they were thorough with testing. I recommend coming here.
We brought my father here for an assessment after rounds of imaging with his neurologist that were coming up with few answers for what was causing his symptoms. The team was professional and compassionate and treated my dad with the utmost respect. They explained the ultimate diagnosis to us and answered all of our questions. The information we got from this assessment allowed us to get my dad the care he needed. We are very grateful for the team at Neuroclinic and Assessments.
The NeuroClinic office in McHenry far exceeded my expectations. I t was very easy to schedule and appointment. I left a message and the front office responded quickly. Dr LaVigne was professional and competent at doing the necessary assessment and was very kind and compassionate while reviewing the results. His report was very thorough and helpful for the other specialties that reviewed it. Absolutely a 5 star office! Would highly recommend.
I’ve taken a couple of months to process my experience at this facility. After speaking with both my doctor and my therapist, I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others. I understand that insurance limitations can push you to your second or third choice—but sometimes, time is money, and in this case, this place wasted both.
