Staff are friendly and Dr. Romanow is the best for my Botox injection and see to my needs for my migraines.
In calls that I have made and my wife has made, staff has been rude in conversations. Enough so that it obstructs the good care and eliminates any desire to visit.
Dr. Babkes was wonderful, as well as the staff. Very helpful and welcoming!
So, I will begin by stating that I was a patient of Dr. Richard Babkes a few years ago when I was experiencing debilitating headaches, sometimes making me dizzy while driving. My initial experiences were all excellent. Fast forward to this May. On Memorial Day I had an episode where I literally thought I had a mini-stroke.
