This was a great experience. Going in I was a bit nervous but the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and above all patient which was perfect for me because I had a few questions. I’ll be heading in for my 3rd session and can definitely see my focus, memory, and mental quickness improving 🙌🏽
Having ADHD has always been problematic when it comes to focusing on something.........anything, I often find that I fall behind in class or at work.
