If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company is a complete circus. Every time you call, it’s a new NP, a new admin, a new receptionist… at this point, I’m convinced they hire people during lunch and they quit before dinner. The hours listed on Google Maps and their website are incorrect. They actually close at 5:00pm not 8:00pm.
I started coming to this practice about five months ago, and it started out great. My NP was wonderful and I had no problems until recently. I received a text message reminding me of an upcoming appointment I had scheduled, but the day, time, AND my provider had changed. I immediately called the office and they told me my NP had left the practice WEEKS ago and that I was “somehow missed” (their exact words) when they were rescheduling her patients.
