I started coming to this practice about five months ago, and it started out great. My NP was wonderful and I had no problems until recently. I received a text message reminding me of an upcoming appointment I had scheduled, but the day, time, AND my provider had changed. I immediately called the office and they told me my NP had left the practice WEEKS ago and that I was “somehow missed” (their exact words) when they were rescheduling her patients. Savannah and Ashley are so AWESOME. They have made coming into TMS so low stress, and im always in a better mood after my sessions. I'm seriously going to miss you both and am so thankful for your help with my depression and anxiety. I wish I could keep coming in just to have the good vibes everyday!!!
