I'm a woman who was pre-approved by Cigna, for a 30-day residential stay at Neurish Wellness, 11621 Las Luces Dr, Newport Beach. I departed after 10 days. I notified Cigna as early as Day 6 that the program was not an appropriate clinical fit, due to significant discrepancies between what was represented on their website and by admissions staff, and what was actually delivered-significant misrepresentation of facilities and programming. Does not allow wheelchairs or service dogs against 40 years of federal law. This place discriminates against disabled people

Neurish Wellness has been the BEST treatment facility my son has been to in the 4 1/2 years that we have been dealing with his bipolar disorder. He went there in a very bad episode of psychosis that had fully resolved by discharge. They did not let him go too early and his treatment was individualized to him. They weren’t rushed, they called when they were supposed to, and I could tell they really cared about him.
