I received diagnosis of autism for my child and also had Ava evaluation done months ago and just last week I was told they don’t offer services due to my zip code. Was told I’d be receiving a call back 2 weeks ago still nothing. As a mother this is simply disheartening and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Diagnos a kid that your office can’t service due to zip code. Not county but zip code. Service is definitely dissatisfying and a child has been shuffled around with no help
As a grandparent to a nonverbal child, and Mother of a child who's child has autism, I can not in good faith recommend this facility to you and your family. This has been going on for some time now where my daughter has been trying to advocate for her child to keep the services that she so desperately needs. For any parent who has a child with autism, you certainly know how important it is for them to keep ABA services or if not the child will regress.
