They are hacks. They had an apprentice come out Dylan. He said my leak was a drain. My husband who is a contractor said it was not a drain but he said yes it is. I stated I think its the ice machine line they're notorious for leaks. My husband had turned off water to prevent further water damage. Dylan said that wasn't necessary its the drain. These guys are Great! Used them couple years ago for a major water leak and they were nothing but fantastic. Just had occasion to use them again in a different home with a water leak of unknown origin - they came out right away and were knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. Ron and Dillon came to our residence within a few hours of discovering a leak in our ceiling. They were able to identify the issue (leak in the condensation drain of the mini -split) with minimal demo. This could have been a far bigger expense if not handled with the precision of the Neuman team.
Used Neuman's to install a bidet. First the two plumbers showed up rather late, they took the parts to the bidet and dumped them on the floor. They then spent two hours trying to figure out how to install. They noticed the time and left, they left the parts where they dumped them. I gathered all the parts in a container and waited to have them come back. They came back but could not install because surprise, a washer was missing. They came back a third time and installed.
