I have been taking my foreign vehicles to Warner for over 10 years now . He is the best hands down . He’s fast , and he fixes issues the right away . I will not go anywhere else for repairs . 1,000% recommend
I dropped my car off after hours with a message and left the keys in it. Instead of looking at it as I asked. He never checked his messages and had my car towed. This man is gonna pay in the worst way. I confronted him and he was very rude still running his power tools not even caring that we now owe $500 in towing and storage. Evil man. Our family did not deserve this
Just piling on with a glowing review at this point. Werner is a master mechanic and a wizard with German cars. Would trust him with any repair, and without even getting a quote up-front. He knows what to do, and does it quickly for a very fair price.
Neuman's Repair Shop is an absolute gem for European car owners! We are truly fortunate to have such an outstanding shop in our area. I will never take my Euro (Mercedes) cars anywhere else! From the quality of work to the speed and price, Warner simply cannot be beaten. I'm thrilled to have discovered this place!
