I was sitting there in the morning and I saw one of your patient walked in and he was very much in pain and you guys been very rude and you don’t let him go in and you tell him more about his insurance blah blah blah just you wanna get his money I don’t understand if the patient in pain like this, he doesn’t matter the money you can work with him let him see the doctor first, and you can work with the money later. This is best doctor officr. Been patient here for Decade Dr.Neumann and doctor Melissa in my opinion 2 of the best doctors in sterling hts. Went above and beyond did tons of paper work got me approved on drugs that would have cost thousands got for free or pennies. Like i said They have looked out for me and my family for decade. I will not go anywhere else. I trust them 100% with my health.
Been with Dr. Neumann and especially Melisa, his PA, for years and years. Love this place.
Dr. Neumann is the best. Everyone in the office is great. Never had a bad experience there
