Charles did a great job installing the two garage door openers and setting everything up. He explained all of the various functions, including the wireless smartphone app and keypad. He also programmed the garage door opener in my truck.I was very pleased with the excellent service!
Very helpful, courteous service and they were very responsive. I think Neuman Garage Doors & Service was fast. I called two or three companies, and I used this one because they called me back in about 15 minutes. They were able to come out and repair it that day and gave me some advice about maintaining my garage doors. Friendly and helpful service.
I called this morning at 9:50 and by 12:00 pm, had a new spring installed! Fred was great to deal with and did a nice job explaining the issue and giving me a couple alternatives to fix and then running through a final checklist prior to completion. He also serviced the door with lubricant and helped reset my outdoor keypad, all with a great personality and attitude. Cost effective, responsive, along with great work make Neuman Garage Doors & Service highly recommended in my book.
George was incredible. I was notified through text that he was on his way, so I was prepared. I had some broad questions, which I'm sure he'd answered a thousand times before, but he answered them as if it were the first time. He immediately installed the new garage door opener and guided us in setting up the software to connect the opener to our phones. I'll keep your contact information on hand in case I require or am asked about a need for your services.
Wonderful service, very affordable and I will recommend them to everyone! George from Neuman Garage Doors & Service was very nice and arrived in time and worked quickly to where I could continue with my errands for the day. I will definitely be calling them anytime I have anymore problems with my door.
