Zach and Alicia are the best! I worked with Zach for talk therapy, and to say that he saved my life is not hyperbole. I also worked with Alicia specifically for her EMDR expertise, and she helped me heal some really deep traumatic roots that were keeping me stuck. For context: both of them were absolutely amazing in helping me with my depression, OCD, anxiety, eating disorder, and religious trauma, and they were super supportive and helpful as I navigated coming out as queer! It's challenging to review a therapist, as most of what I have to say is stuff I want to keep private, but I can say I've seen many different therapists in my life, some good, some, well, some weren't a good fit. I found that good fit at Neuma, with Zach, and he was able to help me navigate some very challenging times that would have felt absolutely impossible without help.
