All the ladies that worked there were so kind! It really helped my anxiety with the MRI. Way better experience than the last place I went to for an MRI. I would definitely go here again for Xrays and MRIs!
It’s was a pain to get an appointment. Not welcoming to give any appointments & expensive compared to others. This Centre needs Dr calling insurance company than insurance faxing authorizations for MRI. Centre needs to make it easy for the patients to cover their insurance. I Called another MRI Centre had appointment same day and Centre will call insurance company to cover the cost. Neuimagemri Centre really needs improvement in their services
My dentist actually recommended this facility after she spent 2 hours on hold with a different company. I was able to make a next day appointment for an MRI (from my regular doctor), compared to weeks at other facilities. I did take a light sedation pill from my provider for claustrophobia. The machine space is truely larger than most. Just have your provider fax over the order with your information and insurance information.
