Mitch and Herman always seem to be able to find time to come and see us when our old furnace was giving us trouble. The first time we called was during a blizzard, when we had no heat; they were out quickly and literally were life savers. Two years ago we had them replace our furnace and add a central air conditioner. We could not be happier with their work.

I recently had an old hot water tank that started to leak. The tank had to be replaced. I reached out to Neufeld Heating Service knowing they also provide plumbing services. I had no idea what to expect considering it was a Saturday morning. Mitch happily came to my rescue and arrived approximately an hour later. Excellent work, polite and quick to get a new hot water tank operating. I highly recommend this company and will surely hire this company in the future.

We had Neufeld Heating install our furnace and air conditioner a few years ago and helped me with the Fortis rebates. Any concern or minor question he is quick to get back to me, including with my gas fireplace questions.

I have always had great service from Neufeld Heating Services and can't recommend them enough. Mitch is always super friendly and explains all the work that's done. If you are looking for great service then give them a call.
