They did my end of lease clean today and it was the best clean I’ve ever seen. Carpets looked great after the steam clean and ever surface was as spotless as a 40yo apartment could be! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a professional clean for a good price.
Hired this company for an end of lease clean including carpet steaming. They ruined my carpet by spilling a chemical cleaner on it. Left me out of pocket hundreds of $$$$ as cost was claimed on my bond and they refused to pay. They stopped responding to my emails. Do not use. Not professional at all
Dodgy!!!!! Fraudulent business and reviews. Hopefully someone see this before they pay any money to this business. I have lost $50 deposit. Completely uncontactble now. Lucky I realised before I needed my job completed.
I had a very good experience. This is the first time I used Neue Clean Services and I was impressed. They arrived on time, they were professional and friendly and our house looks great. We are very happy with the outcome and will definitely be using.
I am impressed by their work, which is quite rare in end of lease cleaning. They came right on time and finished in couple of hours. I got the full bond back. Highly recommended.
