This firm handled my parent's incredibly basic and simple will, written 23 years prior to my mom's death. Attorney Hein took over administering the will. He was cold and uncaring. He allowed people who were not listed as beneficiaries to take control of how personal property was distributed. Mr. Hein filed a court case that limited the ability of 2 of the 3 beneficiaries to work with the executor to acquire our parent's property. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! I called and asked for a specific attorney. They asked in regards to what. Then told me they weren't sure they had an attorney that could help but transferred me. (Recwptionist was rude) 2nd person I talked to was pleasant and scheduled me a consult. I arrived, told I was seeing an attorney I didn't ask to see. That should have been my first red flag. I needed help however so I was willing. I had to pay my fee right away for the 1 hour. Attorney Griggs and his paraprofessional were very professional. I do recommend them!
Friendly and very knowledgeable. Mr. Andrew Griggs was very thorough and brought up items that we didn't think of ourselves. Super local and we will be using them again in the future.
