Sewer backup repair was professionally and efficiently conducted by Neubauer Plumbing & Heating. Every person I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Most pleasant experience in spite of being and "unpleasant" situation. I highly recommend this company.
Excellent service. Your local source for Trane Furnaces
The workers were nice, but were unable to unclog the main line. So all water kept backing up into my basement flooding sewage. They said they would run a camera when they got it back, but never returned. Had to get a second plumber out and they cleared it in 30 min. The billing came 3 months later and had 2 late fees. The billing person did remove the late fees when we called, but no discount for unable to do the job. WILL NOT BE USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.
Neubauer's always have a quick response time and usually have my issues resolved within hours. Their service guys are super friendly and knowledgeable.
Excellent quality of work, super responsive, and reliable/trustworthy company. Highly recommend.
