The workers were nice, but were unable to unclog the main line. So all water kept backing up into my basement flooding sewage. They said they would run a camera when they got it back, but never returned. Had to get a second plumber out and they cleared it in 30 min. The billing came 3 months later and had 2 late fees. The billing person did remove the late fees when we called, but no discount for unable to do the job. WILL NOT BE USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN.
Neubauer's always have a quick response time and usually have my issues resolved within hours. Their service guys are super friendly and knowledgeable.

They have also helped us plan out and execute larger projects, on a reasonable budget. Able to meet a variety of needs and make sure that our business runs smoothly.
