Long story with these guys....I originally contacted Neu Pond in July of last year and he was very honest that they were busy and it would be October before they could get to our house which I understood. I sent him a text at the beginning of October asking if he thought it would be early October or later to which he responded OCTOBER. They didn't show up in October and when I questioned John, he said they would try to get there the next week.... Well, we all know how November in South Dakota goes...
